Terms for using AI Live Courses.
Effective 12 August 2026. These Terms govern access to ailivecourses.com and AI Live Courses accounts and services operated by Agile Marketing SRL, Romanian registration number J40/14430/2021 and unique registration code 44774534, registered in Bucharest, Romania. Please review them before using the service, together with any course-specific terms shown before enrollment.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, keep access links and sessions secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity through your account. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
Courses and enrollment
When enrollment is offered, the course page or written offer identifies the cohort, schedule, delivery format, instructor, price, taxes, included access, recording terms, and applicable cancellation terms. Enrollment is confirmed only through the stated process or written confirmation. Material schedule or delivery changes are communicated to affected learners.
Payments, cancellation, and refunds
If payment is required, the price, taxes, payment method or provider, cancellation, transfer, and refund terms are shown before an order is accepted. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Participation and acceptable use
Treat instructors and other learners respectfully. Do not disrupt classes, impersonate others, misuse private information, bypass access controls, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use the service to facilitate harm. Course teams may take proportionate action to protect participants and delivery.
Content and intellectual property
AI Live Courses, instructors, and licensors retain their respective rights in platform and course material. Enrollment grants a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use included material for the stated access period. You retain rights in your submitted work while granting the limited permissions needed to deliver, assess, secure, and support the course.
Recordings and availability
Recording and replay terms are stated for each class. Do not record, redistribute, or publish a class or participant contribution without authorization. We may perform maintenance and respond to incidents, and will use reasonable care in providing the service.
Responsibility and disputes
AI learning supports professional development but does not replace legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law. Contact support@ailivecourses.com first so we can review a concern; applicable mandatory law and competent courts remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
Material changes to these Terms use a new effective date and, where required, direct notice. Contact support@ailivecourses.com for service or terms questions and privacy@ailivecourses.com for privacy matters.
